The Student Instrumental Course is a complete course of instruction forindividual instruction of all band instruments. Like instruments may betaught in classes. Trumpets, trombones, baritones, and tubas may betaught together. The course is designed to give the student a soundmusical background and at the same time provide for the highest degree ofinterest and motivation. The entire course is correlated to the bandoriented sequence. The series of books for each instrument in threelevels includes the Student (method) book, Studies and Melodious Etudes,Tunes for Technic, Soloist, and Duets (levels 1 and 2 only).
